Driver Log Screen

This is where a driver's hours of service from the log graph. As you can see in this example, violations are clearly indicated on the graph. Each violation has a unique identifier - the green diamond indicates a 14 hour violation and the blue arrow indicates a 11 hour violaiton.
Drivers Screen

The Drivers screen is where you enter all of your driver information. You can enter important dates here such as license expiration and physical exam date in order to track them. There is also an option on this screen to assign your drivers to either the freight, passenger or oilfield rule sets in order to calculate their hours correctly.
Companies Screen

The Companies screen is where you edit company information and create new companies. There are also default options that can be set here that will automatically apply to any drivers that you assign to that particular company. Certain mileage and hours parameters can also be set here that will flag warnings when entering hours and mileages data on the log screen.
Browse (search) for Logs

The Browse Logs screen is a search screen that allows you to search for a particilar log entry. It is extremely useful because it gives you a list of all drivers and their corresponding logs. It allows you to select the driver whose logs you wish to view and it then displays a list of all of the log entries for that driver within the specified date range.
Log Recap Display

The Log Recap Display provides a helpful means to view a daily summary of hours and miles logged and displays any hours still available for that day. As in the Browse Logs screen, you are provided with a list of available drivers from which to choose that can be sorted according to your specific criteria. This is a great way to ensure that you remain in compliance with the hours of service regulations.
